Completion of this Yoga course gives you the tools to transform your own life, deepen your personal yoga practice while simultaneously being a catalyst for transformation of people worldwide through the medium of yoga.
The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed as a life-skills course taking yoga beyond the physical practice of asana. This course addresses many elements of healthy-living and well-being.

We incorporate all the elements that make Yoga such a highly effective tool for maximizing one’s own potential. During this intensive 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, the highly skilled and spiritually elevated Yoga Gurus will provide a dynamic, nurturing and secure environment for students to dwelve deeply into their physical practices while also discovering emotional transformation and heightened spiritual awareness.
We explore the effect of diet on our yoga practice and encourage students to adhere to a simple and balanced diet during the course. You will leave with tools to continue living an empowered, balanced and healthy life.
We encourage students to move beyond their comfort zone while respecting their own pace of growth.
The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed not only for aspiring teachers, but for anyone with a desire to immerse themselves in a month of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transformation through yoga.

As you develop your spiritual and physical practice, teaching methodology then assists to teach what you yourself are practicing. We firmly believe that being a strong practitioner in each of these will give you the grounding and foundations to become a successful and confident yoga teacher.

Yogi Kutia (hut) – Stay under the state-of-the-art huts at lovely location close to lush green Aravali mountain ranges and holy lake of Pushkar. The living areas combine a rural feel with a surprising degree of comfort. (Linen, table, chair, candles, wardrobe, sit out area.)
Food is one very important aspect in the Yogic Life Style. Right quality and quantity of food along with proper eating time not only keeps people alive, but it also keeps them free from all physical disorders and enhances their energy level. In this course, we provide light, freshly prepared and easily digestible diet with all required macro nutrients like proteins, carbohydrates, fats; micro nutrients like vitamins, minerals and other essential components of food like roughage and water to meet all requirements of our body. It is completely Vegetarian food.
Graduates will receive Yoga Teacher Certification from Sadashiv Yoga and will be able to register with Yoga Alliance Professional (Earlier Known as Yoga alliance UK) and Yoga Alliance International as a certified yoga teacher.
Teaching Methodology and Practice
- Sessions By Experienced Senior Yoga Teacher: You will observe an Hatha Yoga Class given by one of our experienced yoga teachers that will serve as an inspiration for the class that you will then prepare.
- Teaching Pedagogy: This class will give you the necessary building blocks to devise your own yoga class. Learn how to motivate your students by teaching inclusively the range of abilities that you may be faced with.
- Inspiration from Peer : These sessions allow you to practice your teaching skills and get constructive feedback from both your Senior Teachers and your peers on your progress.
06.30 AM – 07.00 AM: Morning Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting & Kriya yoga
07.00 AM – 09.00 AM: Morning Asana Practice
09.00 AM – 10.00 AM: Breakfast Time, Silence Practice + Karma Yoga
10.00 AM – 01.00 PM: Theory Sessions (Teaching Methodology, Anatomy)
01.00 PM – 02.00 PM: Lunch Break
02.00 PM – 03.30 PM: Philosophy
03.45 PM – 05.15 PM: Afternoon Yoga Practice / Analytical Training: Alignment + Adjustment
